Dr. Femi Ajanaku presents "Civil Rights Leaders"--Elmwood residents such as Marvin Ratner and AW Willis were actively engaged in the Civil Rights struggle in Memphis. Dr. Ajanaku is the Chair of the African and African-American studies department at LeMoyne Owen College.
The oldest active cemetery in Memphis invites you to share the magic of Memphis' past with a lunch and lecture. Admission for each lecture is $10 and includes lunch. Payment in advance is required. Each presentation will begin at noon and will last approximately one hour. Space is limited, so please call today to reserve your seat at the table. Groups welcome.
