Midtown Overlay Meeting

MIDTOWN OVERLAY

Third & Final Reading

Tuesday, September 28th, 2010

3:30pm

City Council Chambers

125 N. Main Street

Thank you to all of the community residents and property owners that attended the public meetings to discuss the Midtown Overlay. Please plan to continue your support at a very important City Council Meeting next week. The third and final reading of the Overlay will be on Tuesday, September 28th at 3:30pm. We need to pack the room with supporters!

A copy of the Midtown Overlay Draft can be found here.

The FAQ can be found here.

We need to fill the room so the City Council will learn to listen and respect the wishes of those that live, work and play in Midtown!

This could be a game changer...

Memphis's NBC affiliate Action News 5 uncovered a deed that states Union Ave. Methodist Church must stay a place of worship. So, unless CVS adds a prayer room, this could change everything!
